Mismanaged. When covid hit there was a huge boom and the potential of the company was sky high. But bad decisions and mismanagement has led from one round of layoffs to three or four rounds. Constant "restructuring" since going public. No more merit increases. Removal of continuing education resources. Removal of "food Fridays" where the company would cover up to $25 of lunch. It's really sad to see where the company currently is compared to where we were.
