Some of the people who work at ON24 are absolutely amazing, talented, intelligent people who go above and beyond. Direct managers kept things running and were always there to give support and guidance.
Cons
Constantly changing strategies and direction with no clear plan, guidance or development. Executive leadership does not help or support teams and even when you hit or exceed your quota, it is never good enough and you’re always told you should be doing better. You are told each month is crucial to the company’s future and despite turnover, layoffs, talented people leaving, lack of strategy or plan, etc. you are expected to exceed your goals. There were countless times that compensation was changed mid month or even post month that hurt top performers and made it feel like a punishment for being successful and exceeding goals.
