Pros
There are many talented and hardworking individuals at this company. For a long time, the days were fueled with opportunity to make a big impact and explore fresh ideas. Compensation is fair with heavy usage of equity and bonuses to retain top talent.
Cons
The company is completely misguided through the board and c-suite. The CEO has a specific vision for the company that differs from how our audience sees us, and despite literal years of performance data saying that his ideas are not working, he continues to double down to drive us further into the ground. There is no winning and no crawling out of the hole. If you are not aligned with the c-suite and pushing their agenda, then you are out of the room. There is no logic to decisions that are made. This company had so much promise during covid, and it's a shame that the subjective opinions of leadership mixed with a missing backbone from the board is what's going to bring them down. A total waste of what could be. The only people that should still work here are Yes Men who are void of their own opinions.
