      Senior Management lacks communication, across departments and within Very reactive and hasty decisions made by Sr. Management Very political company, driven from the top Bring in bright people then squash their ideas in favor of legacy processes

      I had a great time at the job, felt that I learned a lot and it really prepared me for a real full time job in the data science sphere, great team surrounding you as well

      Really have nothing negative to say about this role, at most the onboarding could be a bit more streamlined
