Business Outlook
Pros
I must hand it to management, the company is almost 20 years old, and every year they convince the rank and file - "this is the year!".
Cons
With flat revenues the last couple years, it's hard to understand what all of this means for the regular employee. There is no way a 20 year old company with flat revenues can IPO, so it's get bought by another company or continue to slog along. I get why selling that is great for the CEO and VCs - they make some money. The common stock holders won't get what preferred stockholders get.
