Upper management is cared for greatly with paid time of, sick leave but the blue collar workers are not allowed this. Hours are 6 to 7 days a week and the ceo could care less about the health and wellness of the little people who do what has to be done with no pay increases for yrs while the upper management sit in their new offices with high paid salaries while no concern for their employees or paper contractors.
