      - Good salary - For young graduates that delivers, possibility to easily go on VIEs or international mobility in general for all the employees - Innovation driven, a lot is changing and new projects are rising - Well structured hierarchy still accessible once you gained their trust

      Some new business units / divisions are new, needs some structures to have a stable growth

      The pay is a little higher than other manufacturing plants.

      Cons

      There is something very seriously wrong with the place. While favoritism is everywhere, I believe it to be a serious problem in this workplace. Management is playing favorites with one individual who has a criminal history and pending drug charges. This person has emotional issues and gets into a conflict with a lot of people. Why he is still there is anybody's guess. My guess is that he supplies someone within management.
