Pros

- Decent work-life balance - Good mid-level management

Cons

- Low pay - Virtually no career advancement - Poor top leadership Expanding corporate bloat and diminishing technical footprint will end one way, sadly. It's owned by a private equity firm and they typically have one goal, short term profit at the expense of a company and it's employees.

Pros

The work environment is exceptional, the training and onboarding program is top-notch, and the camaraderie creates a pleasant work environment. I am truly very happy with my decision to join ORBCOMM.

Cons

The insurance benefits are confusing and not very attractive, apart from that, they offer other benefits such as a cellphone, internet, a GYM, etc.

Pros

I used to enjoy working with my team members but the immense pressure to deliver created a stressful environment.

Cons

The CEO rating says it all...hardly anyone approves of the CEO. The Head of HR spends a significant amount of time gossiping about colleagues, particularly those in the Hyderabad office. In my experience, this created an unprofessional environment and undermined trust. Unfortunately, I found the leadership culture to be toxic overall, with poor leadership behaviours extending beyond just one individual.
