Pros

1) Many Oracle Apps (Implementation, Upgrade and Support) projects. Have around 50 client in different industry. This give the opportunity to work in different projects and fast learning. 2) Got great visibility on project you work.

Cons

1) It is primarily there in OIracle applications. It is very slow in JAVA, .NET, Peoplesoft etc technology. 2) Someone has to focus on asset building and product tools for R12 Projects.
