Pros
Other than Freshers management departments ( two departments) every thing is good Higher authority always want to improve there company but it's assigned to hands of wrong people (two fresher management departments)
Cons
Scam of replacing job earned freshers with back door jobs or reference people Paper leak to back door people and to children of reputed and making innocent to get caught where all others are also copying. Just to make job earned people who left other campus placement and joined jobless. And maintaining average people. The team which manages all this is average skilled so they can't digest good skilled people. Heartful concerned about this as a EX-Employee. Being jobless by cracking many placements and seeing people who cracked only one job and not skilled doing job is a painful think☺
