I've have got raises every time my contract renewed. They actively respond when you have questions

We don't get paid holiday unless approved by site manager, other wise no paid holiday

The company doesn't take responsibility if the project gets amped down whereas other consultancies will take the responsibility and provide jobs or opportunities in other associated companies. MY experience in Object win is little negative as I have joined only 3 months back as an AML and KYC Analyst (PWC), within 3 months of joined the project which I am into got ramped down. we got removed removed from the company without any prior notice and the terms and conditions also says the same , I don't know why ?. I felt at least they should have informed us 15 days earlier so that we will get a chance to get the other interviews in the time, but they ramped us down immediately without notice or prior intimation
