Pros

+ nice people in team, but high fluctuation

Cons

- no planning (do something/somehow style of work without relevant providing any relevant information) - no training/progress possible - no documentation on existing systems (information of current systems is provided only by talking basis, quite often it is "the guy who did this left company time ago" - lot of promises on the interview (design), but there is only network supporting roles - no discrimination of support technician levels (experienced technicians doing level 1/NOC support)

Not a bad role to be in. Enjoy the team

No real complaints. Hard to progress but not an issue if you're comfortable.
