Thank you for your review. You are right, our CSTM’s do get to see some beautiful homes! It is a hard, physical job and we do try to reward our employees, especially our CSTM’s as much as possible. We understand that it is you guys that are the face of Ocado and the only members of our team at Ocado that get to meet our customers. Regarding your advice to management, I would recommend speaking to whoever you know in a senior position to see how they can help you.
