Pros
When it's good it's good eight hour shifts can be good can finish up to 1.5 hours early and get paid.
Cons
When it's bad it's bad especially the 10hr turn round shifts. More finishing to time and over time rather than early. If you dd ten hour shifts it is for Morrison's only and if you do five late deliveries the bosses are asking why have you delivered late they make you feel as if you're lazy just sat around even when the bosses are told day in day out the same reasons, traveling times road works, parking, snowing, foggy, flats ect ect but nowt gets done nowt changes. Nothing gets done about your work mates cutting corners which has an effect on your delivering. The bosses give you written warning if you have a complaint against you but do NOTHING when you have a compliant. This is why it has a big turn over in staff and also you will catch the bosses playing on their phone but you haven't got time to play on yours
