Pros
You get fairly good training and most of there are easy to get on with. You can swap shifts with other workers if you arrange it with them.
Cons
They like to keep there drivers on a short lead a lot of drivers get there probation extended. They're very strict I go few drivers like a fish few water due sacking them or them quiting. The shifts are all over the place 5 days out of any 7, any 8h between 6am and 12pm. only contracted 32 hours (4 days work), although most of the time you do 40 hours (5 days work) the 5th day isn't paid as over time. You can be dropped a shift with only 4 hours notice twice a mouth. Wages aren't great and are very hard to work out over a week because there are a few different rates from £8.30 to £12 odd on Sunday lates. If you are a CSTM ofter 3 months you'll take around £1100-£1300 four weekly depending on shift drops and lates/earlys and days.
