Pros
Awesome company to work for, a lot of great people there. With any company it's luck of the draw what team you're put in, I got lucky and was in a fantastic team. The overall work ethic and environment is one of the best I've had the pleasure of working for.
Cons
Culture of people working through their lunches, in my opinion this should never happen, everyone should get some break during their day -- that being said though, I think that is the individual's choice, not them being told they have to.
