      Rapidly growing with recent deals and maturing tech stack, which is good for career growth. Plenty of training available which is encouraged. Staff discount on food shopping bill.

      Cons

      Food shopping discount is capped to £20, which is nowhere near the 15% quoted, for a typical family of four.
