Business Outlook

Pros

People are very friendly. Salaries are competitive They embrace new technologies (a bit slow, but at least they do) Wide variety of domains you can switch internally from front end to embedded and then to AI if you want Recently they started offering stock to their employees

Cons

Some things get waaaaay to long to get approved, we are talking about 6 month to get your team's API externalized. The management team in Sofia is a bit weak, which leads to many social escalations for example people wining for more money in public channels. Hiring process is a bit wanky and unbalanced. They ask everybody the same questions... and it really depends who is interviewing you. A candidate might be interviewed by a team which won't want him and still accept and just to put him into other team which hasn't even seen the person.
