Not as good as it sounds - Software Engineer Ocado Group Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. Working internationally is a complex area that requires a lot of time investment from specialists in global mobility, tax, employment law and health and safety (among others!). We aim for a fair and consistent approach across Ocado Group. We are also continuing to open global offices as a result of our OSP deals, and we already have 8 European Dev Centres with many open vacancies and roles that an employee may apply for and relocate. We are reviewing our policies around both office working and working abroad, and hope these will become more robust and competitive as we continue to develop in these areas.
