Pros

Pay is decent for area, could be slightly better Job security due to revolving door Fairly easy, a lot of reactive maintenance and pm work. A typical day is repair of bots and clearing station errors.

Cons

Schedule rotates once a month from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am opposite month No tuition package as of yet Constantly telling people “you know what you signed up for” When corporate doesn’t want to change minor things to keep moral and hold onto employees they then blame it on the “We are a start up in the Us” meanwhile this company has been in business for years overseas Work can become annoying at times due to indecisive management Management listens to feedback but often goes in one ear and out the other
