Trouble Ahead - Project Manager Ocado Group Employee Review

I've unfortunately observed troubling behavior among some of colleagues, indicating a culture of misogyny within certain parts of the company. As a parent of daughters, this deeply concerns me. It appears to be more prevalent among senior individuals who have been with the company for many years. It's disheartening to see either complicity or ignorance from the executives regarding this issue. The problem starts with the marginalisation and silencing of voices, particularly those with superior technical skills, in key meetings—a coordinated effort that troubles me deeply. This systematic exclusion ultimately leads to a significant loss of talent within the company. The lack of female leaders is a direct consequence of this cultural issue that urgently needs to be addressed.
