NYK Line is now part of ONE now. This company is known to keep loyal employees happy. The Organization is filled with extra smiling faces. The Management seems to support the employee by asking for inputs like your personal client base and your contacts outside. Only to grow the organization. They are particular about information that you have gained while or after working in the organization. They will go to any extent to get the information even if that information is in anyone's mind.
Cons
It depends on individual how they interpret Loyalty. There is a psychopath ical mindset of few employees. Sometimes they literally write" falling on the sword". Never take your ideas to the Management as if they notice that you have reasonably good ideas. They will not hesitate to take information from you against your will. Few in the Management even might treat you as their own kids. However, be careful as you can not complain as they stand United even if they do a crime. Highly, not recommended for fresher. Even the experienced can not do anything as you can not hide any information from them. They will use Mind reading Hi-Tech. You will sence that the Management is doing what you thought off. Actually, it is possible that they just read your mind. Think twice before joining this organization. All seems to be glittering. They all seem to be extra nice. Best of luck if you survive. Promotion are for buttering people. Myself being a smart worker could not survive a year. This organization was not conducive for fresher as there is no training provided. Management will say that this is not a training Institute or Sometime you have to please other. Good organization for bullies. Bad for bullies who repented his wrong doings.
