- Everyone is super helpful and friendly - Rarely ever work over 40 hours as an analyst - Unlimited PTO, which we are encouraged to take - Open communication with each other

Cons

- No technical training during the first week of employment - The work can be mundane at times - Company policies are not yet finalized due to the recent acquisition

Bonuses are decreasing leading to quality workers leaving for better comp elsewhere. Bottom tier Comp for Senior Analysts and Managers for the work output and quality of work output.
