Hostile work environment - Anonymous employee Oceaneering International Employee Review

I've never seen so many directors and managers so afraid of top management to the point that they back stab their peers and mislead the truth which causes mistrust through-out the IT dept. The IT Dept is managed by keeping everyone off balance making all mid-management and employees paranoid to loose their job or have their salary reduced. It's management by intimidation, bullying and dishonesty, that filters down to the lowest levels.
