Pros
As the top healthcare provider in the region, we go out of our way to provide the best care. There is almost always other avenues to pursue within the organization if you get burnt out. We take care of each as colleagues. Adequate benefits, great community involvement.
Cons
It can be crazy busy. We're almost always short staffed. The benefits are a little pricy, but no where near what I've seen other places. They really should work on retention. The payscale needs to be be realistic for some of the positions lower on the totem pole.
