Pros

It is well respected in the community and it is a multidisciplinary hospital. We treat all sorts of illnesses and injuries and diseases. Our clients come from a large area of our surrounding community, so the opportunity to see many things and get great experience here is better than other medical centers in the area.

Cons

We are over worked and under paid. Our CNO is unrealistic and old fashioned in her way of management. We are constantly short staffed. Our benefits SHOULD be the best around, but they decrease every year. We are given more responsibilities and less commendations and acknowledgement for our hard work.
