Pros

It's a job, which at the moment is better than no job at all.

Cons

The environment is equivalent to a high school. Every one blames every one else instead of taking responsibility for their actions or blunders. You can suggest solutions to challenges until you're blue in the face but no one wants to hear it. Supervisors are just that, a supervisor. No leadership. And when it comes to a yearly performance review it has nothing to do with your performance. They base most of the score on attending forums? Unrealistic expectations, and the pay is way below the competitive market pay. There is absolutely no advancement. If you want growth in your professional life don't accept a position here. Some of the nurses and NPs treat people like something they stepped in.
