Amazing work culture. What impressed me the most is how the healthy, people-first mindset flows consistently from senior leadership right through to every employee. Although we're always busy, I've never felt under unnecessary pressure. The work environment is supportive, collaborative, and people genuinely help each other succeed. The London office is beautiful, with great facilities, plus plenty of snacks and fresh fruit available throughout the day. The employee benefits are excellent—my personal favourite is the EV salary sacrifice scheme. The company offers competitive pay, good career growth opportunities, and a clear sense of purpose. It's great to work somewhere where employees and leadership are aligned behind the company's vision and values. Overall, it's a fantastic place to work, with a positive culture, supportive colleagues, and opportunities to grow professionally.
Cons
No major concerns so far. There was some uncertainty during the Kraken–Octopus Energy demerger, but things are now settling down and becoming much clearer.
