Pros
Being able to finish for the day when my installs are complete. Overtime whenever I want it. There is still some decent people there, although everything good they do, is un done with with the decisions being made from from the incompetence from above.
Cons
The people making decisions on a senior level have absolutely no clue or experience. The company use to be a good place to work, but has fallen so far from what is was. They keep going on about customer service, but insist on installing refurbished chargers, unknowingly to the customer. Constantly increasing the workload with no extra pay, adding more pressure to an already under qualified work force. The list could go on, it's a real shame the way it is going.
