Pros
- Great work environment, flexibility of working from home and in the office is great. - Sick pay and time off is good, and likewise the company is flexible with your requests. - Have a great team leader personally that has made the role a lot better due to their understanding of management and experience. - Learnt a lot about the industry and it has changed my perspective on habits, what we can do to achieve environmental goals and more. - Made some great friends and also work with great people. - Equipment provided
Cons
- Pay structure and false promise of more information about it, it has been quite frustrating. Previously management has made promises to be more clear about it, but if you bring it up there is a fear of being excluded or put down. - Stressful at times especially with the current crisis, but if you put yourself in the customers shoes then you'd feel the same at some points too. - The culture can be quite intimidating at first if you aren't willing to put yourself out there especially with the family dinner and alcohol. - If you want to progress to another field/area then it can feel quite tough to bring up that topic. - Incentives are always for outside of work, I think it'd be great to have incentives that are made for when in working hours more often. Whether that is personal or team ones.
