Pros
It's a fun and growing company. Family is very important to our owner and being in this company you feel like everyone you work with is part of your family. Allowed and encouraged to voice your opinion. Everyone works very hard to make this company a success.
Cons
You find yourself having to work way more than the 40 hours a week. Well except in the summer...yay for 1/2 day Fridays!!
