Pros

OA generally treats employees well, and the free service model for their products really drew me to the company. They do try pretty hard to serve their clients well in the health care industry, and they fill a niche as a web-based clearinghouse and practice management system very well.

Cons

The company started as a call center and in-house developed program, and did not sell when they planned to. Instead, they continue to operate internally like a call center, which is not appropriate for the size of the company. Developers and Analysts have a very high turnover rate, and the benefits, compensation, and respect for theses roles are not up to snuff. They are also, oddly, reluctant to advertise in any way other than word-of-mouth, actively rebuffing attemps to foray into social media, Youtube, Google AdWords, and other publicity sources.

Pros

The company is growing rapidly and even though it's a larger company it still has the start up mentality, which is really exciting. Leadership is great, very transparent.

Cons

The company is still working out some of their processes, which is expected, but might not be for individuals who prefer more structure. Some of the benefits are not ideal, but I see that they're working on them.
