Pros

catered lunch once a week

Cons

Piss-poor management, was told not to ask someone to repeat or clarify themselves. You clock in using ADP regardless of salary. You MUST be punctual and arrive at 8AM sharp. You can not clock in early. You can not clock in late, or else you will have 3 managers ask you why this occurred. They ask you to stay late but tell you to clock out at 5AM. This also applies to lunch. You clock out at 12 sharp, and clock in not a minute after 1 or you will find yourself explaining the cause to 3 other managers. You cannot take time off for a doctors appointment until you have "contributed" enough. You only get 8 hours of PTO a year. If you are there for 10 years you get 5 days. Holidays are non paid. This company was build on phone sales and they treat there developers like wolf of wall street. Brian O'Neill is a piece of garbage. He treats a few in management very well but spits in everyone else's face.

Pros

The company is growing rapidly and even though it's a larger company it still has the start up mentality, which is really exciting. Leadership is great, very transparent.

Cons

The company is still working out some of their processes, which is expected, but might not be for individuals who prefer more structure. Some of the benefits are not ideal, but I see that they're working on them.
