Pros
There are nice people here but aren't those everywhere??? The pay is above other places in the PNW.
Cons
It's the wild west here. Very little process or structure or vision or planning or risk assessment or communication. There is no "product" team or project managers so there's zero structure or clear planning or thought put into dev projects. Awful legacy code that everyone is content to turn a blind eye to. Negative culture that is more concerned with pointing fingers at others. Management is too busy putting out fires to actually manage any of this mess. I would only recommend this place to people either just starting out in their career who need to get their feet wet or people who are predominantly money motivated and shut off their feelings or people who are just happy to have a job and don't care too much about much else.
