      Pros

      Decent Hours, Depending on the store and management it can be a good job.

      Cons

      Depending on upper management it can be mind numbing and mentally abusive. I worked for different stores and upper management was different at both. One was supportive but sales driven and actually was motivated to help associates do better. One was customer focused and let freight pile up and barely helped on the floor and always hid in the office expecting the Team Lead to be the only manager on the floor especially during a rush.

      Store never get overwhelmingly busy - mix of light/busy days Management does a good job at listening to employees

      Have to push selling product on people that don't want it Schedule may be inflexible

      There are no pros to working for this company.

      Cons

      Low pay, grueling hours, unsafe and toxic work environment. The company does not offer opportunities for its sore employees to advance to the corporate sector; especially if you have a college degree. As a store employee neither you, your expertise and skill set, nor your ideas on how to improve workflow and company culture matter.
