Pros
Depending on location, low turnaround and overall a good team at most stores. A lot of people in the area have been there for years and are good people to work for/with.
Cons
Too many flavor of the month focuses that don't give positive results that get a full force backing, they cut back in the wrong areas and are too focused on one area to give the customer service that they should. They need to get back to the simple customer service before trying to get the new ideas pushed too hard. Years ago it was a great company with simple expectations, take care of the customer and give them the solution that they need. Now it is all about 'this has more profit push it!'
