Pros
Moderately better than unemployment. Employee discount (10%) is a benefit.
Cons
Office Depot has, at the time of writing this, has lost over 85% of its stock value in six months. They're clearly in panic mode, and are constantly inventing new sales programs and required sales initiatives for their employee. There has been no true innovation in the company in over two years. Assistant managers are also have a unique pay structure that actually pays them less per hour the more hours they work.
