Cons
Ever since the Staples acquisition did not go through the company has been less focused on their people as they try to save money. Lack of Visibility of Executive Management Not recognizing that people are your most important asset and even when downsizing, keep your top performers who have gone above and beyond and make better decisions on who to layoff.
