Pros
Spent the last year of highschool and the early years of college employed here. Co-workers were mostly good, except the occassional crappy part timer or creepy manager. They were always eventually taken care of. Benefits are average, retail wise, not as good as say best buy or other places but you get a %10 on most things which can really add up if you need something big like a computer.
Cons
The customers were mostly fine, some nice regulars were really nice too, but when you got a terrible customer they really were awful. Treat the employees like garbage and the higher ups are completely "customer is always right!!" mentality. I've heard from a coworker that it's not as bad in big cities as it is in small towns, probably because people in the city have better things to do with their lives than be ignorant and give some poor worker a hard time. Bathrooms are disgusting and they make the peopke in the print center restock them and take out the trash. In two years of working there, I have no idea if anyone was officially tasked with cleaning them outside out the occasional "bad accident" which the managers usually took responsibility cleaning up for. Never enough people working at a time because the company loses less money that way, so there will often be slow periods followed by crazy packed rush periods because theres only 3 registers and 3 people but one of them is inevitably doing something away from register.
