Pros
Beautiful campus, really smart employees, great team spirit, respectful, professional environment, great onsite gym and cafeteria. Good training and development opportunities. Good PTO, pay and bonuses are great.
Cons
Struggling to survive and reinvent itself after years of declining sales, management and strategy is constantly changing and the fear of being laid off is ever pervasive. I had a total of 10 bosses in 5-1/2 years which taught me flexibility and resilience, but it wasn't much fun. Lack of defined strategy, too many layoffs, too many really poor managers in high-level positions whose status is determined by politics vs. competency. It's great to align yourself with a leader to help your career grow, until a month later when they abandon the sinking ship and you're back swimming alone and trying not to sink. It was exhausting to work there.
