Pros
Some coworkers are friendly. You will never be bored. Always new positions opening up. Relaxed uniform. Lots of part time work.
Cons
Limited budget means low pay, few hours and unpredictable schedules. The skilled positions (Tech support and Copy center) are paid just as little as the cashiers and stockers. Store managers are not truly invested in improving conditions, they're just stressed about meeting the endless corporate requirements for sales, membership sign up, warranty sales, upgrades and tons of other metrics and data collection. Broken/outdated tools for getting the job done. Proper tools are never "in the budget". Continuous push to sell more retail when Amazon can do it better and cheaper. Lack of focus on services that Amazon cannot provide (yet).
