      Pros

      To watch a bunch of idiots try to run a company. It's like watching someone slip on a patch, get up, and then slip again on the same patch of ice.

      Cons

      The company is being run into the ground. All the support functions are gone so it's hard to do the daily taks of sales: process an order, RMA, and billing (outsourced all their credit funtions to Jamaica to take advantage of $1 a week salaries).

      Store never get overwhelmingly busy - mix of light/busy days Management does a good job at listening to employees

      There are no pros to working for this company.

      Cons

      Low pay, grueling hours, unsafe and toxic work environment. The company does not offer opportunities for its sore employees to advance to the corporate sector; especially if you have a college degree. As a store employee neither you, your expertise and skill set, nor your ideas on how to improve workflow and company culture matter.
