Pros

You WILL be hired. No question. Relaxed work environment if you don’t want to work or be micromanaged.

Cons

Where to start? I’m actually on hold with HR with pay issues and it’s been 15 minutes and still haven’t talked to a living soul. There goes half my 30 minute lunch. Guess I don’t need to get paid today or pay my rent or put gas in my car. Staffing is impossible to maintain as hours and pay are never enough. Leadership is nonexistent. Resources, training, guidance, any support to reach targets or achieve the most menial tasks are few and far between. Almost every manager in my store has never had an answer for me if I needed something. And some of them have worked here for over a decade... The managers are the ONLY full time employees in this store so usually the store consists of one manager and two reps running the whole store so if more than two customers need help there is nobody available to check customers out. What this does to que times and workload on the print center is embarrassing. How this company is still afloat befuddles me. If this store and this region is any indication of the larger company I’d warn ANYONE to avoid putting any real time or effort into working (or shopping) here.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Low pay, grueling hours, unsafe and toxic work environment. The company does not offer opportunities for its sore employees to advance to the corporate sector; especially if you have a college degree. As a store employee neither you, your expertise and skill set, nor your ideas on how to improve workflow and company culture matter.
