Pros

Pay is OK. DPS (Copy Center) has a lot going on and I really enjoyed developing relationships and delivering solutions to my customers. Decent employee discount. Copy equipment is ok.

Cons

I was put in a store that was incredibly understaffed. Received slightly more training than a new hourly associate because I wore a manager badge. Other managers monopolized my workstations because manager's office was upstairs. I had one employee and wasn't able to hire more. Store had outdated binding equipment that prevented me from providing same-day service on a lot of jobs (sent them to regional shop). Store manager frequently had me closing store and performing non-department duties that took me away from developing my business. Then, I was sent on a month-long remodel at another store because manager decided that he could do my job better than me. I left after the remodel since I was offered a job with my old company.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Low pay, grueling hours, unsafe and toxic work environment. The company does not offer opportunities for its sore employees to advance to the corporate sector; especially if you have a college degree. As a store employee neither you, your expertise and skill set, nor your ideas on how to improve workflow and company culture matter.
