Pros
Field level managers and associates are committed to one another and to the customer. Worklife balance, compensation is fair despite the challenging economic environment. Vision is good with focus on growing core business.
Cons
Benefit reductions over the past 5 years. Health care cost increases, elimination of the 401k match, ESPP, and the like. Unreasonable attention to some key metrics/KPI while completely ignoring some other profitable categories (supplies).
