Pros
Good pay. Good talent. Decent experience. Decent work-life balance. Decent benefits. Room for growth. Looks good on your resume.
Cons
Typical corporate atmosphere with typical incompressible beauracracy. To be expected. However there has been a shift very recently to the hard right, particularly in their HR policies since new CEO and merger with Omax went through. Employees are watched closely and encouraged to call hot lines if anything is amiss. The best talent in eCommerce have left in the past 6 months and there has been a round of firings with some of the last highest performing talent, leaving a gaping hole filled with mediocrity. This is still a decent company but if you are an innovative, talented, younger professional you might be happier elsewhere (like Austin or West Coast). If it's the only job in town take it for what it's worth, it's comfortable if you keep your head down.
