Pros
The work isn't very complicated especially if you keep yourself informed on products and services. Most shifts can be very easy-going and schedules can be flexible but you have to show up. Usually they like to promote from within so if you want to become a senior associate or manager, it doesn’t hurt to let it be known to your managers. The full time benefits and the PTO are worth it.
Cons
The pay isn't desirable for the customers you have to deal with or some of the work that you have to do. Peak times, like back-to-school or holidays, are a bit stressful at times.
