      Good salary and benefits great mission

      Cons

      Such a toxic workplace ex dir Carraher is a bully micromanager w a huge ego and lots of insecurity. She doesn’t listen to her staff who often know more than she does. Staff are miserable there and nearly the entire senior management team has left in 3 years because of Carraher.
