Optimistic, supportive, and thoughtful founder/president and senior leadership; strong sense of collaboration and mutual respect even though most teams are remote; great depth of knowledge among employees

Rapid expansion over the past few years hit a wall in 2019 with layoffs due to pullback in commitments from OS's single client. Unclear whether client diversification can happen quickly enough to preserve remaining jobs.
