Salaries are unforgivably low across the board, two of my work contracts have been infringed and I've had to threaten with legal repercussions, and I've seen several minorities let go with no reasonable or known cause. At will hire can sometimes mean at will fire. For a school with a large minority population one would think they would want to represent the community in their faculty. I guess not.
